About Avi Blitz

Avi Blitz is a graduate of Oxford University and holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from Indiana University.  

He has taught Hebrew, Yiddish, and Jewish Studies in the United States, Latin America, Israel, and Europe.

Currently, Avi teaches in the department of Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
